A friend first gave me a box of the woodincense a few years back. I was quite pleased to find "pinion" incense on Amazon and have been purchasing it ever since. My husband and I are both very sensitive to sweet syrupy orders of plug ins and air freshners. We have a cat and a dog and we love the smell of the natural wood almost as if there were a fire in the fireplace--not wet dog or litter box oders.

mix1 makes an excellent addition to my workout routine. i workout in the gym three times a week and ride a road bike three times a week and use protein drinks/bars regularly. i've never been a big fan of the drinks because the ones that actually had enough protein in them to matter tasted awful, chalky and had a really bad after taste. none of these are true for mix1. it actually tastes very good, does not have a chalky texture and no after taste at all. not to mention it really does give a nice boost for my work out and is also good for recovery. i can't recommend this product highly enough. i hope you give it a try and that you find it as wonderful as i do. cheers to a happy, healthy workout!

I have tried them all, but nothing beats Mix1. Tastes great and the ingredients speak for themselves. I travel a lot and take this with me to make sure I am getting the nutrients that I need. I have one every morning and they are also great after working out. All of the flavors taste really good and you would never think they are so healthy.

This product (and the other flavors as well) tastes good - not too chalky like other protein drinks. Yes, it is a little bit sweet, but there is a good amount of true fruit flavor as well. The protein and vitamins give you a nice boost whether you are drinking it as a meal replacement (as I do in the morning when I am pressed for time) or if you are drinking it around the time of a workout. I've ordered more!

Great for chopping vegetables. We make our own salsa, over 130 Pints this season so far, so we chop a lot of peppers, onions, tomatoes. This knife is great for that. Only good for right handed use. Heavier than I expected, but the weight helps it drop through the food. The big wood handle helps you keep this thing under control. You'll want to oil the wood in the handle.

This is a great knife and was a great buy. Excellent for cutting vegetables (as the knife is meant for). Would suggest this knife (or the whole set) to anyone looking to upgrade from the cheaper department store knives, but are not ready to foot the bill for Wustof, Henkles or (my pref) Shuns.


Kershaw MGR-165N Review by Jeremy L. Dubrul

If you are looking for a nimble knife to help you do fine mincing and vegetable work... this is a terrific option. Like most of the Kai/ Shun knives I own, this has a D shaped handle (sorry, it's for right handers), but this one is also "single" sided blade, making the blade extraordinarily precise.

Construction is more than likely a "rat-tail" style tang than the fully forged tang of their "Damascus steel" style knives, which is why this is about $40 or so less than the some of the other knives. Still a well constructed knife, will be more blade heavy.

The blade itself is really quite thick for this style of knife, making a fairly substantial heft, considering the style. It is my preference to use a slightly heavier blade (I'm a big guy). Beautifully forged and polished, the back of the blade is smooth and the edges rounded, so makes "choking up" on the blade far more comfortable than some.

This knife does one thing... it minces and slices (mostly) vegetables and beautifully. This cannot take on the skins of Hard Winter Squashes... this is not a "rough service blade" like a Federick Dick Chefs knife. This can certainly do lovely cuts on fillets for sushi and chicken pieces, but this isn't a bone or a butcher knife.

Keep up the blade with a Fiskars Roll Sharp, don't EVER put any knife in a dishwasher... and you should probably never have a problem with this knife.

I have never LOVED eye liner. Liquid is messy, my hand is too shaky for a regular pencil... I also do no like eye shadow, it creases and fades far too quickly on me (even with eye primer). In a last effort I came across these pencils and gave them a try. They are mistake proof. I've used a lighter shade in a wider stroke and a darker shade in a smaller stroke to create a multidimensional eye. I love that it includes a smudger and I am just very impressed in general. Beware though the wider the line the more likely you are to have smudges on your brow bone... Other than that perfect!

This eye pencil has a smooth creamy texture and excellent pigmentation. The color glided on very smoothly with no pulling of the skin. The color blended easily and stayed in place all day (my skin tends to be more normal maybe slightly oily around my eyes). This does not fit into a standard sharpener and it is a bit of a pain to sharpen the point. This brands sells a special sharpener that is designed to fit this pencil but I don't think I should have to buy a special tool only designed for one brand. If this fit into a standard large sharpener, I would give this 5 stars.

For bright, wide, sparkling eyes there's nothing like a touch of pencil to bring out the color of your peepers. This Eye Intensifier Pencil by Sue Devitt is one of the best I've used.

Plus, it does double duty - the color is on one end of the pencil and a smooth, flexible tip is at the other end for defining the line just as you wish. The color is soft enough not to pull delicate eye skin yet extremely rich - aptly named it is intense.

The color contains Nylon-12 which provides all day (or night) flexibility so the line isn't changed by facial movements. After all, we do have eyes and we want to use them. It is as advertised smudge proof and waterproof so I do recommend a good eye makeup remover.

While the pencil comes in a bevy of shades my current favorite is Kenya.

If you're considering this item you're probably like me; a lazy burger fan. There's lots to like about this grill. It's quite fast, fairly compact, has good weight and the price is right. All the time you'll save cooking your burger on two sides simultaneously will be lost to cleanup, unfortunately. I got two burgers out of it before the teflon coating (or whatever it is) eroded. And this was using Pam to thoroughly pre-coat the surfaces. Typically, my burgers now tear apart when I attempt to lift the cover after cooking. Cleanup requires lots of time and effort since this product is non-submersible. If I were doing it all again I'd opt for the pricier models with the removable (and hence, submersible) cooking surfaces, provided that the non-stick coating has been upgraded; in its present incarnation it's simply too thin to be of much use.
